Mall of Asia currently the Philippine’s largest and world’s third largest mall. Since its opening in May 2006, Filipinos considered it as a tourist destination, and a bargain haven for bargain hunters, as well as for retail business individuals.

Mall of Asia is owned by the same owners of SM chain of malls all over the country. Led by Chairman Mr. Henry Sy, Sr.

8,000 parking slots
5,000 square meters for public utility vehicles
100 slots for tourist buses
Almost one kilometer in length, and a perimeter of almost 2 kilometers
Close to 2 million bags of cement used
44,000 gallons of paint consumed
Designed by Arquitectonica, a US based architectural firm

How to get to Mall of Asia:
1. If your from Manila:
Take a jeepney that plies along Taft Avenue or ride the LRT to Buendia Avenue.
2. If from Quezon City or South of Manila (Paranaque/Alabang):
Go straight to EDSA. Lots of buses that goes straight to Mall of Asia.

Pasay City Post Office

As of this moment i’m looking and ready to go to the Pasay City Post Office. I went to my neighbor to ask how to get to the place, but she was not around. So I had to use Google, my friend.

I was riding a friend’s car at the back seat. Took some pictures while we made a short stop at Ortigas Business District, one of the leading business centers in Metro Manila.

Citibank Branches in Metro Manila

Citibank is the bank where i got my credit card. I admire this bank for good customer service and the number of branches which is good especially i pay my bills by cash.

Worst Unionbank Branch in Metro Manila!

Last monday I went to Unionbank in Shaw boulevard Pasig City branch. The branch used to be International Bank or iBank before it was purchased by Unionbank.

I was there to deposit my hard earned money. I handed the deposit slip at 10:10 am. Though there were a number of customers ahead of me, but i was expecting that i could be out in less than 30 minutes. But i was terribly wrong!

I waited, and waited. One hour had passed, my name was not called.

The lady beside me was 40 minutes earlier than me, even her name was not called. She finished her transaction at approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes. I finished mine at exactly 2 hours!
