Manilans should rejoice. Justin Bieber included Manila in his World Tour concert.

The concert will on May 10, 2011 at 8:00 pm at Mall of Asia concert grounds.

Poreotics is Bieber’s special guest.

Justin Bieber started in Youtube, whom Scooter Braun discovered one of his videos. Braun happened to be friend of R & B singer Usher. Usher and his company is currently handling Justin Bieber.

Bruno Mars will hold a concert in Cebu and Manila on April 7 to 9, 2011.

Bruno’s first stop is in Cebu City on April 7. By April 8, in Araneta Coliseum, and on April 9 will be in Mall of Asia concert grounds.

Bruno Mars’ real name is Peter Hernandez was born in Hawaii to a Puerto Rican father and a Filipino mother.

Stone Temple Pilots Live in Manila

Stone Temple Pilots gained some decent popularity back in the first half of 1990s when the “grunge” genre became a trend. The grunge was somewhat innovated by the bands from Seattle, but STP as they are sometimes known come from San Diego, California.

STP also built a fanbase in the Philippines, hence the reason of including Manila as one of their stopovers. Their concert will be on March 9, 2011, Wednesday at 8:00PM at the Araneta Coliseum.

Concert to Feature “Bisayan” Culture

Proud as i am of my cultural roots i will watch a concert featuring “Bisaya” culture onÂ November 22, 2008 8 p.m. at the CCP Main Theater (Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo). CCP is located in Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, Metro Manila.

The performers are mostly from the Central Philippine region: Leo Valdez, Joey Ayala, and former Bagong Lumad band mate Bayang Barrios, Cesar Montano, Elizabeth Ramsey and daughter Jaya, Verni Varga, the Philippine Madrigal Singers, Rachelle Gerodias, Jose Mari Chan, the Philippine Dance Sports Association, Nonie Buencamino, Raki Vega, Deeda Barretto, Jerry Dadap’s Andres Bonifacio Choir, Ballet Philippines, Modern Ballet Dancers, and Ramon Obusan Folkloric Group.

Expect some Yoyoy Villami’s songs. Guaranteed.

Will post some pictures, if ever i can watch. But will really try my best.
