Mall of Asia Baywalk

Mall of Asia Baywalk was setup after the original Baywalk in Roxas Boulevard was ordered closed by Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim. Mayor Lim no longer has jurisdiction with the new Baywalk because it is located in Pasay City.

Rizal Park is built in dedication to the Philippine’s National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal. It is located in Manila, bounded by four (4) major streets – Padre Burgos, Taft Avenue, Roxas Boulevard and TM Kalaw Sr.

It used to be originally called Bagumbayan (New Town) prior to the American occupation.

This was an unplanned shoot. My intention was to go to watch Aliw Festival in Quirino Grandstand, and take photos there of a cultural dance competition held last April 25, 2009. I took several shots, but these are the better ones.

La Mesa Eco Park

It was my first to visit La Mesa Eco Park last Holy Week. The place is best place for families, friends and lovers alike. But i went there alone, but still i enjoyed it nonetheless.

They also have boat rental and horseback riding. Much like in Baguio.

By looking at the surroundings, i find it odd that this park is situated right inside Metro Manila. Manila is notorious for its pollution and being a highly urbanized city, all concrete and stones.

How I got there. I rode a bus plying along EDSA, bus going to Fairview. I stopped in Marlboro St.

The Heritage Park in Taguig City, Metro Manila

The Heritage Park is a memorial park not just for the departed, but also for the living. I was there for the first time last August 26, 2007 to attend a friend’s wifeâ€™s death anniversary. The landscape was so beautiful, and the architectural structures were aesthetically stunning and its facilities are of good quality. The attendants were attentive, a service you would truly be pleased about.

The images below were shot by my friend Peaches using my Nikon D40.
