			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This <strong>slum</strong> or popularly called <strong>squatters&#8217; area</strong> is located in Barangay San Antonio in Pasig City. I believe it&#8217;s still part of Ortigas Center. The street is part of UA &amp; P or University of Asia and the Pacific.</p>
<p>One day last year 2009 while walking to work, I saw this sight. Good thing i&#8217;ve had my Nikon D40 at that time.</p>

There used to be sidewalk eateries in this area, catering to mostly construction employees.</p>

Honestly, i was secretly delighted when the place got burned. I don&#8217;t like squatters.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Tamiya Cruise</strong> is an up and coming showbiz personality. The first time i saw her, my eyesight was literally stuck on her for about ten seconds. She is pretty and sexy.</p>
<p>Her screen name is a spoof of Tom Cruise&#8217;s name, as Keanna Reeves did to Keanu Reeves&#8217; name.</p>
<p>I met her during an interview for Imbestigador, a GMA 7 which i was also interviewed for the show&#8217;s special episode to be aired on the last Saturday of August 2009.</p>
<p>I got smitten, i&#8217;d like to see more of her, hehe.</p>
